We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
It is your legal right for a full refund of your items if you've told us within 14 days of receiving your items that you would like to return the order and you do not have to provide any reason as to why you wish to return your items. It is also your legal right to return any items that are faulty or misdescribed for a full refund of your items if you've told us within 14 days of receiving your items that you would like to return the items. You will then have another 14 days to return the items once you've told us, the items must be in the same condition that you received it/them. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not cover shipping costs for your return to us, you will be fully responsible for shipping your item back to our return address. We recommend you get proof of postage and opt for parcel tracking in case of missing returns.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you opted for standard delivery when you purchased your item(s) we will also refund this cost too but if you chose a non-standard delivery option, we will not pay the difference.
